Susan Lee is a partner in our commercial department. She has over 30 years experience and is a founding partner of this firm. Susan was previously a partner at a commercial firm in Cork city and worked in the City of London for over 10 years with a silver circle firm.

Susan specialises in commercial property with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant issues & management of portfolios. Her practice areas also include renewable energy, property telecommunications law and private client.

She has acted for public and private limited companies, trust funds, local authorities, government bodies, national and international banks and educational institutions. She has also been in-house legal adviser to an insurance group advising on property investment schemes.
